These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Card Familiar ("the app", "we", "our"). By using Card Familiar, you agree to these Terms.
You must create an account to use Card Familiar. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You retain ownership of all data you create within the app (collections, decks, photos, notes). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide app functionality.
Card data (names, images, rules text, set information) is sourced from Scryfall and is the intellectual property of Wizards of the Coast. Card Familiar uses this data under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy.
Card prices displayed in the app are informational only. Prices are sourced from public market data and may not reflect actual transaction prices. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data. Card Familiar is not a marketplace and does not facilitate card sales.
Card identification, deck suggestions, and card explanations are powered by AI and may contain errors. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchasing or trading decisions.
Card Familiar may offer optional paid subscription tiers with additional features.
Card Familiar, its design, and its original code are our intellectual property. Trading card game names, card names, card images, and game mechanics are the property of their respective owners (Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, Konami, etc.).
Card Familiar is unofficial fan content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Collection value calculations are estimates based on publicly available pricing data and should not be used as the sole basis for insurance claims, tax reporting, or financial decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARD FAMILIAR AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR INACCURATE PRICING INFORMATION.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
